S.B. Singh is an academic, author, and public affairs commentator with expertise spanning international relations, ethics, governance, and public policy. He holds an M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru University and has taught at both the University of Delhi and IGNOU.
