One Big Future (OBF) is an independent thought-leadership platform focused on shaping India’s future. It examines the forces changing the country and their effects on businesses, institutions and individuals.
We combine views from the business sector, policymakers, researchers and civil society to link long-term thinking with practical experience. Our aim is to make complicated issues easy to understand and turn expert insights into broader public understanding.
What we do
We publish op-eds, analyses, explainers and trending articles alongside conversations through our video podcasts One Big Interview and One Big Podcast. We explore emerging ideas, examine their implications for India and ask what it takes to put them into practice.
We will extend these conversations through state-level roundtables and an annual summit called the India Future Forum. We bring people from different sectors together to examine shared challenges and practical responses.
